Mike Zabkar - Principal
Well established in the Business Aviation Industry with over 45 years’ experience. Mike has been managing aircraft acquisitions and sales on behalf of aircraft manufacturers and as a broker / dealer for principals and businesses for new and pre-owned aircraft. Mike began his aviation career in 1966 as a commercial pilot, entering sales in 1972, after honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force. He had career relationships with several manufacturers and dealers ultimately retiring from Bombardier Aerospace, Inc., as Vice President Worldwide Pre-Owned Aircraft Sales in January of 2007. After consulting for several of his longtime clients and friends, he formed US Jet Search, L.L.C. (USJS), in the summer of 2007. Through his aviation career Mike directly sold or managed aircraft sales exceeding $4 billion. USJS has offices in Naples and Marco Island FL, Dallas and Frisco TX with Associates in Las Vegas, NV.

Tom Flinn - Principal
Tom Flinn brings a strong financial and managerial background to Flinn Aviation. Prior to aviation consulting, Tom founded and managed a successful residential mortgage company for eight years. He then sold the firm to begin his aircraft sales career. Tom attended Texas A&M University receiving a B.S. in 1985 and an M.B.A. in Finance in 1991. Tom is a Commercial pilot with experience in dozens of types of aircraft, including co-piloting a DC-3, making night-time freight runs throughout the U.S. and Central America. Tom’s expertise in the firm includes but is not limited to, contract oversight and negotiations, as well as being well versed in the Cape Town International Registry Requirements, and 1031 exchanges. In addition to his business pursuits, Tom has donated his time to mentoring at the local high school and leading a Boy Scout Troop.

Pete Flinn - Aircraft Sales
Pete began his aviation career as a corporate pilot in 2007, gathering over 3,000 hours of flight time in a variety of corporate aircraft. He joined the Flinn Aviation team in 2013 and is now a Fixed Wing Salesman specializing in turboprops and light to mid-size jets. He attended Texas A&M university and lives in Austin, TX.

Mitch Flinn grew up in Georgetown, Texas surrounded by a family of aviation professionals. After graduating from Texas A&M with a Business Degree in 2016, Mitch spent the next 8 years running a Yacht Brokerage company successfully completing yacht transactions ranging in size from 40’ to over 100’. Today, Mitch has transitioned his sales expertise into fixed wing aircraft with the family business bringing an energetic and professional sales approach to all of our clients!
